Location superb, huge rooms, wonderful breakfast, excellent service, free room upgrade.

The beds here were comfortable. Excellent home base for a city break in Jeddah! Really close to the airport, 9 miles. We greatly enjoyed our time here:)))

The business centre was not operational as this was reserved for exclusive use by Saudi Arabia Airlines. There is no colour laser printing available. No alternative options available

The facilities were really well-maintained and clean. the gym had excellent equipment and free weights which is rare for many hotels. the hotel's location was centrally located, within walking distance to important attractions and restaurants. the breakfast service had a diverse range of options.

The Wi-Fi signal in my room was considerably weak and this made it difficult to work efficiently at times. there was not enough soundproofing to keep out the noise from people walking in the hallways and from the street outside.

-Good Central location and access to major areas of the city. -Some basic Amenities and services were available. -The Hotel staff allowed me a late check out. -Probably the best Laundry and Drycleaning service in town. -A welcome fruit platter was given at arrival.

-The hotel tries to boast a luxurious environment but falls short of that. Ie its over priced. - Dine In food service was not upto my taste. The waiter forgot the soup spoon and didnt even apologies for the mishap. - House keeping came in the evening to clean the room when most guests are winding down to sleep. - Rooms didnt have have any carpets or rugs on the wood paneled floors which increased the sound echo more. - Access to my room from the lobby was so long and I had to change two lifts to reach my room on the 3rd Floor.

Staff very friendly, hotel very quite, very quick service, Room clean and all facilities there, location is very good beside mall and shops in Jeddah,

I was in a royal suite and there is no any Clock at the room, I used my mobile to check the time!

During my weekend stay, I enjoyed the spacious and well-maintained room. The pool and gym facilities were up to par, as was the high-quality breakfast variety. the hotel's prime location provided easy access to major attractions in the city.

On the other hand, the hotel's staff lacked attentiveness and communication skills, leading to poor service. The room had a moldy smell and could have used deep cleaning, which decreased my level of comfort.

Room size

Poor services. I asked for hot water, I was waiting for one hour to get it. I stayed for two nights. However, they deducted from my account for three nights. Now more than a week without refund my money back. So this will be my last last last time to stay at Radisson Blu Royal Suite Hotel in Jeddah.

The rooms are clean. Air-condition is excellent.

I was surprised when the reception informed me at check-in that the you have no reservation despite showing them Booked.net reservation confirmation. They informed me that Booked.net usually confirms reservations through fax and they never receive any confirmation fax related to this booking from the agent (Booked.net). Furthermore, hotel access is difficult due to the location and heavy traffic on Madina road.

This hotel has a prime location, situated in the center of the city on a main avenue between the airport and the city center. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the hotel facilities including the gym and swimming pool were well-maintained. Additionally, the staff were all friendly and ensured that my stay was comfortable. Lastly, the hotel offered parking which was a great plus for me.

Nothing not to love, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

It was good experience, I believe they need to take care of the cleanliness, the food served to the room was not up to the stand

The room size, the location, staff are helpful

The hotel provides you a sense of being at home. In other words it is home away from home. It is very ideal for family trip on vacation as its configuration give room for kids to feel @ home.

It is too close to a heavy traffic road!

The hotel is conveniently located close to everything in the center of the city. There are two towers in the same location; one tower has a cafe on the ground floor, and the other tower has a separate sitting area. the rooms are large and comfortable with a good choice of breakfast buffet and friendly service.

The hotel seems to lack proper communication skills as expressed by some guests who had trouble getting their wake-up calls and other services not provided adequately.

Wonderful Staff, great location, extremely spacious rooms, great swimming pool. Perfect to work in a very efficient atmosphere.

I have left my room at 0700 am and went back at 2000 am, the rooom was in the same state, and has not been cleaned. I got the manager in duty over the phone who promised to send someone to clean, and he did not even apologize. Also, they have a shoe cleaning service and it is mentioned in the shoe tray that you can dial "1" for complimentary cleaning. I have called twice and both gentlemen who came in said, sorry i do not clean shoes and gave me a shot mitt instead. Food is very average for a 5 stars hotel, no choice, one restaurant only and food was more of the ones found in cheap resorts.
